As part of our service to you, all of our clients are offered a free consultation by Giovanni Pillitteri, who is one of the last remaining members of the Pillitteri family. He has had the pleasure of learning the traditional art of pizza craftsmanship taught by his grandfather Carmelo Pillitteri in Palermo, Sicily as a child in the late 1960’s. Giovanni has become the UK’s national pizza consultant, providing training and specialist knowledge to Hotels, restaurants and pizzeria’s across the UK and internationally.

Giovanni has transformed many businesses throughout his career, whether this is a restructure of the kitchen system or specific pizza training he has helped grow and maintain standards essential in meeting customer requirements and retaining loyalty. Many of these business now have several restaurants in the UK and internationally which Giovanni continues to audit and provide additional training to new and existing employees.
